Not a ton of curb appeal, but lot is located at the end of the street with tons of privacy. They have carved out a cool outdoor space between the house and detached garage.
The kitchen is remodeled with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom was a little disappointing, as it was small and the first bedroom you come across once you go upstairs. The main bath had nicer finishes than the master. There is a cool “wine room”, but you have to walk past all the bedrooms upstairs to get to it, which seems kind of awkward.
The lower level boasts another living space with a wood burning fireplace and a 4th bedroom with a bath off of it, so it could be considered a second master.
The exterior of the house has vinyl siding, which is not typically found in mountain properties. The first thing you see when you pull up is the garage, which doesn’t help the lack of curb appeal.
Overall a great family home with a lot of updates already done. A buyer could spend some time outside trying to jazz it up – but it’s pretty much move in ready. Should move quickly at this price point, as the neighborhood is desirable and many of the homes in there are older and still need updating.
