Evergreen Highlands continues to be a desirable neighborhood with low inventory. Prices will start to level out as demand decreases (since it tends to be seasonal). However, it is still a GREAT time to list, since there isn’t any competition!
Under Contract – 6840 Kilimanjaro Drive went under contract within 5 days of hitting the market! The house is listed at $685, and since it contracted so fast, I am sure it went for that if not more. The house was nicely updated – and – as I said before, there isn’t any competition.
Sold – 6191 Kilimanjaro closed at $575,000. Interestingly enough, the house sat on the market for 6 weeks before it went under contract. It did close for list though – and this house was updated as well.
